He is an international speaker and researcher in the world of biohacking, longevity, and vitality. He is a highly motivated, experienced, elite health and fitness trainer, executive coach and ultra-trail runner.
Since graduating in 2006 from Colgate University as student-athlete in football, he has been helping busy people (mostly women) achieve greater success in their health, fitness, longevity and overall confidence. His purpose is to take you to the next level of mindset with regards to optimizing your overall wellbeing. He is extremely passionate about living a healthy, adventurous life full of vigor and exploring the unknown to achieve greater success for himself and others!
