Diet Plan :

 

Phase1 Loading

During the first two days of the program (while taking the Lean 28 Diet Drops), you should eat as you normally do, including: bread, butter, fried foods and chocolate.  Phase1 is vital as it prepares the body with more accessible fat while it’s “loading” up on the lean 28 Diet Drops

 

Phase2 Weight Loss Protocol

This Phase varies in time depending on your weight loss needs. Most Lean 28 dieter’s have found success utilizing the Phase2 protocol for 45 to 60 days. This all depends on your weight loss needs.  We can’t stress enough the importance of water to this program.  It is essential to drink 9 to 11 glasses of water daily, which amounts to about 100 ounces.   If you don’t drink enough water, your weight loss success will be limited. Coffee and Tea are strongly discouraged and best not consumed while on this program as caffeine and sugar substitutes have been shown to stimulate cravings and cause weight gain. Alcohol may be consumed sparingly on this program.

 

Daily Meals

You will be consuming three meals a day (approximately 1000 calories). If you want to lose weight faster, you may choose to take in fewer calories than what is suggested below.  For best results eat 150 to 200 calories for breakfast, 250 to 275 calories for lunch with a 100 to 225- calorie snack in the mid-afternoon and a 350 to 400 calories for dinner.
