Lose Weight Diet Plan

Breakfast

  • Take Lean 28 Diet Drops (½ dropper).
  • Take 1/2 dropper of Lean 28 B12 drops.

1-cup cereal (only Special K, Total, or Cheerios) and 1 cup of skim milk or 2 eggs with 1 45-calorie piece of sliced toast. Or one-half cup of oatmeal (not instant) with 3 tablespoons of Almond Milk or Skim Milk.

Lunch

6-8 ounces Protein (please weigh before cooking) from our approved food list (below) or 1.5 cups nonfat cottage cheese. 2 cups cooked or raw vegetables from our list and 1 cup fruit from approved list.

Snack

  • Sugar-Free Sweet Pickles and White Turkey Breast or one-half of a low carb protein bar (200 calorie or less protein bar equaling 90 to 100 calories) or an apple with one-half cup of cottage cheese or 100-calorie bag of popcorn.

Dinner

Take Lean 28 Diet Drops (1/2 dropper).

Take 1/2 dropper of Lean 28 B12 drops

8-10 ounces Protein (please weigh before cooking) from our approved food list or 1.5-cups nonfat cottage cheese
2 cups cooked or raw vegetables from our list and 1 cup fruit from approved list.
